We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, free from stains or damage, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, not liking the color, the size not being suitable, the item not being practical for your needs, or any other non-quality-related reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For customer-responsible returns, please select the option to ship the item back with your own carrier in the Return Center. Please do not select a merchant-provided return label for these cases, as the system may reject the return request.
If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if the return is caused by an issue on our end, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide an appropriate solution, such as a refund, exchange, or other reasonable compensation depending on the situation.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@nivvshop.com with photos or videos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Process
1. Click Return Center in the footer of our website.
2. Enter your order information and submit your return request.
3. Wait for us to review your request.
4. If your return is accepted, follow the instructions provided to send your item back.
5. Once our return warehouse receives and inspects the item, the refund will be processed if everything is confirmed to be in acceptable condition.
6. Refunds are usually returned to your original payment method within 1-3 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Special Note on Multiple-Color or Multiple-Style Orders
Because international shipping is costly and return logistics can be complicated, we do not recommend ordering multiple colors or styles of the same bag for comparison purposes and then returning the ones you do not wish to keep.
This type of return significantly increases shipping costs and return rates, which can be difficult for a small brand to sustain. If we determine that an order was placed primarily for color or style comparison with the intention of returning part of the order, we reserve the right to refuse the return request. We appreciate your understanding.
If you are unsure about the color, style, or size before placing your order, please contact us. We’ll be happy to help you choose and provide additional product references when possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items that have been worn, used, damaged, stained, or show signs of use;
Items missing tags, accessories, or original packaging;
Custom, personalized, or special-order items;
Final Sale items;
Gift cards.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless the item is defective or required by applicable law.
Exchanges
If you would like a different color, style, or item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and refunded, you can place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will usually be returned to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
